babjee Terms & Conditions — Your Player Agreement

1. Definitions

"babjee", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the babjee platform and its operating entity. "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any registered user of babjee. "Platform" means the babjee website, mobile site, and all services made available through them. "Account" means the individual account held by a player. "Funds" means any currency (denominated in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) deposited into or held within an Account. "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a player on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other product offered on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on babjee, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

babjee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to notify active players of material changes via the email address on record or through an in-platform notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an Account with babjee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. We enforce this restriction strictly and will require documentary proof of age during the account verification process.
• You are registering and playing as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with babjee or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by babjee for a violation of these Terms.

babjee permits one Account per person. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

babjee applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• A government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registration in your name).
• A selfie holding your identification document, if requested by the compliance team.

babjee reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict betting activity, or close an Account pending completion of the KYC process. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days of the request being issued may result in permanent account closure. Where an Account is closed due to failed KYC, any balance held will be handled in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

5. Deposits

babjee accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other methods as listed on the Platform's deposit page. All deposit amounts are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless your Account is subject to a player-set or compliance-imposed restriction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. babjee is not responsible for delays caused by the payment network or the player's mobile banking service.

Deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned (net of any applicable transfer fees) and may trigger an enhanced KYC review. babjee does not accept deposits made from credit cards issued by third-party credit institutions used as a cash advance mechanism.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. If that method is unavailable, babjee will coordinate an alternative with the player via the registered email address.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request submission for verified accounts. During periods of high volume or during enhanced compliance review, processing may take up to 72 hours. babjee will communicate any delays to the player.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• babjee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.
• Withdrawal of deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee at babjee's discretion.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

babjee offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for matters covered therein.

General bonus conditions that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of at least 10x the bonus amount before they become withdrawable as cash. The specific multiplier is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. Use of bonus funds on excluded game categories will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• babjee reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in violation of any promotional condition.
• Players who have self-excluded or applied deposit limits are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during the restriction period.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on babjee are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game type. babjee publishes betting rules for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other covered sports on the Platform. Players are responsible for reading applicable rules before placing a wager.

babjee reserves the right to void any bet — before or after settlement — in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that had already commenced or concluded at the time the wager was accepted, due to a data feed error.
• The odds displayed were manifestly incorrect as a result of a technical error.
• The bet was placed using a system exploit, unauthorised software, or in coordination with other players to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).
• The underlying sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours, or its result is under investigation by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL governing council, FIFA).

In the case of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's Account. babjee's decision on settlement of all bets is final and binding, subject only to a formal dispute process as described in Clause 11.

9. Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on babjee — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and crash games from Spribe — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or verified live dealing procedures. The outcomes of these games are determined independently of babjee and cannot be modified by the Platform.

Each game has its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game they elect to play. Minimum and maximum bet limits within casino games are set by the game provider and displayed within the game interface prior to placing a bet.

If a technical fault interrupts a casino game session after a wager has been accepted, the game provider's own rules determine how the round is resolved. Where the game provider determines a round to be void, the stake is returned to the player. Where the game provider settles the round, that settlement is final.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on babjee and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all outstanding balances:

• Fraud: Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Match Fixing: Using insider information or coordinating with participants in a sporting event to guarantee a betting outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activities.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for a genuine, completed transaction.
• Identity Misrepresentation: Registering under a false name, date of birth, or using another person's identity documents.

babjee cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where prohibited conduct is identified. We reserve the right to retain account funds pending investigation and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

11. Disputes and Complaints

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or that your Account has been affected by an error, you must submit a formal complaint to babjee within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted outside this window may not be investigated.

To submit a complaint, contact our support team at [email protected] with the following information: your registered Account username, the date and time of the disputed event, the specific bet ID or game session ID, and a clear description of the dispute. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 10 business days.

babjee's final decision on any dispute is binding. We do not recognise third-party arbitration services in relation to player disputes unless required to do so by applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

babjee is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via the Responsible Gaming section of your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and restrict re-registration for a minimum of 6 months.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the babjee Platform — including but not limited to the babjee brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, and game interfaces — is the property of babjee or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from babjee.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, babjee's total liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's Account at the time the liability arises. babjee is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Privacy and Data

babjee collects, processes, and stores personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy. We use your data to operate and improve the Platform, to conduct KYC and anti-fraud checks, to process payments, and to send promotional communications where you have consented to receive them.

16. Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or compliance holds.

babjee may close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, where required by applicable law, or where maintaining the Account creates compliance risk for the Platform. Where an Account is closed by babjee for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance is returned to the player.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which babjee is incorporated. Any dispute arising under these Terms that is not resolved through the complaint process in Clause 11 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. This does not affect your statutory rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between babjee and the player with respect to use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.
